We are proud to announce a new step in the development of AFC spa, holding company of AromataGroup and IPAM.
Today, we are joining forces with an important French player, Nactis Flavours, under a new holding « Nactarome », majority-owned by the Pan European private equity fund Ambienta SGR, with substantial minority shareholdings of several former owners and key managers of the aggregated companies of the Group.
